• We'll inspect the item to ensure it meets return requirements
• Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or model? We recommend:

1. Return your original item for a full refund
2. Place a new order for the item you want

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Include photos of the damage or defect
• We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
• You won't pay for return shipping on damaged or defective items

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened:

• Custom or personalized products
